Propolis is a gum made by bees from various resins that they collect on the buds and bark of trees and shrubs. It is an extraordinary antibiotic, both a bactericide and a powerful fungicide. Our propolis is collected by scraping the equipment during and at the end of each beekeeping season. WETEEBEE propolis extract  is produced, purified and packaged on our farm located in the Eastern Townships of Quebec. The propolis extract is composed of 15% crude propolis macerated for a month in neutral alcohol at 45 degrees before being filtered. Internally, it is taken pure or diluted in water, at a rate of 10 to 20 drops to eliminate a sore throat or the flu. Externally we add it  with oil or clay to heal a wound.
